Morphinane and oxoaporphine alkaloids from Stephania rotunda Lour

From the tubers of Stephania rotunda Lour. growing in Vietnam, one morphinane alkaloid (-)-salutarine and three oxoaporhine alkaloids, oxostephanine, liriodenine and lanuginosine were isolated. These structures were determined on the basis of MS, NMR spectroscopic data and comparison of those with reported data.
